sendaflare Child Safety Standards

sendaflare is committed to helping protect users and maintaining a safe environment. sendaflare is an 18+ social coordination app operated by Dail LLC. Although sendaflare is not intended for users under 18, we maintain standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (“CSAE”) and child sexual abuse material (“CSAM”).

Prohibited Conduct

sendaflare prohibits any content, conduct, or use of the Service that involves child sexual abuse or exploitation, including but not limited to:

Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Users may report child safety concerns, abuse, harassment, impersonation, illegal activity, or other safety concerns through the in-app “Report an issue” feature or by contacting us at:hello@sendaflareapp.com

Please include enough information for us to investigate the concern, such as the username involved, the nature of the concern, and any relevant details. Do not send CSAM to us. If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement or emergency services.

How We Respond

When we become aware of suspected CSAE, CSAM, or child safety violations, we may take appropriate action, including:

Compliance

sendaflare is designed for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly permit individuals under 18 to use the Service. If we become aware that an individual under 18 is using sendaflare, we may suspend or delete the account and associated data.sendaflare maintains policies and procedures intended to comply with applicable child safety laws and Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy for social and dating apps.
